Background: What is the nature and Ã?õÃ?Ã?Ã?à ½n of changes to admissions for Ã?à ÂëÃ?Ã?Ã?nÃ? types of acute coronary syndrome (ACS), among Ã?Ã?Ã?Ã?nÃ?àduring early stage and Ã?à ?Ã?Ã? one year of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic in Gaza? Methods: The à ÂnvÃ?ÃÂÃ?à ÂÃ?Ã?à ½Ã?àanalyzed data on hospital admissions in Gaza for types of Acute Coronary Syndrome (ACS) from August 25-2019, to October 1 2019, that were recorded in the Alshifa Hospital Cardiology Department Service Ã?mà ÂéÃ?Ã? WÃ?Ã?Ã?nÃ? Care database. Admissions were cà ¯Ã?ÃÂÃÂà ÂîÃ?Ã? as ^dÃ²à ¯Ã?vÃ?Ã?à ½n Myocardial /nèÃ?Ã?cÃ?à ½n (STEMI) and non- ST Ã?à ¯Ã?vÃ?Ã?à ½n Acute Coronary Syndrome (ACS) (nonSTEACS) and we calculate the Ã?à ÂÃ?à Ânà ½ÃÂÃ?c and Percutaneous Coronary /nÃ?Ã?Ã?vÃ?nÃ?à ½n (PCI) rate and we compared to the same Ã?mÃ? period in 2020 and 2021. Results: Hospital admissions for Acute Coronary Syndrome (ACS) in 2019 was 99 Ã?Ã?Ã?Ã?nÃ?àdeclined to 40 Ã?Ã?Ã?Ã?nÃ?Ζàadmission in 2020 and increased to 175 Ã?Ã?Ã?Ã?nÃ?àin 2021 in this Ã?mÃ? period. In 2020 a Ã?Ã?Ã?õcÃ?à ½n of total Acute Coronary Syndrome (ACS) admission was 60%. During the period of declining admissions, there were Ã?Ã?Ã?õcÃ?à ½nàin the number of admissions for all types of Acute Coronary Syndrome (ACS), including both ^dÃ²à ¯Ã?vÃ?Ã?à ½n Myocardial /nèÃ?Ã?cÃ?à ½n (STEMI) and NON-STEACS, with a percent Ã?Ã?Ã?õcÃ?à ½n of 64 % NON-STEACS in parallel, Ã?Ã?Ã?õcÃ?à ½nàwere recorded in the ^dÃ²à ¯Ã?vÃ?Ã?à ½n Myocardial /nèÃ?Ã?cÃ?à ½n (STEMI) percent Ã?Ã?Ã?õcÃ?à ½n ^dò à ¯Ã?vÃ?Ã?à ½n Myocardial /nèÃ?Ã?cÃ?à ½n (STEMI) Ã?Ã?Ã?Ã?nÃ? was 4% in 2019 and 21% in 2020. The total Acute Coronary Syndrome (ACS) admission in 2021 was 175 Ã?Ã?Ã?Ã?nÃ?ÃÂÃ? increases compared with 2019 by 77%. The increase rate in nonSTEMI Ã?Ã?Ã?Ã?nÃ? was 68 and increases rate in ^dÃ²à ¯Ã?vÃ?Ã?à ½n Myocardial /nèÃ?Ã?cÃ?à ½n (STEMI) was 100% compared with 2019. The mortality rate for ^dÃ²à ¯Ã?vÃ?Ã?à ½n Myocardial /nèÃ?Ã?cÃ?à ½n (STEMI) Ã?Ã?Ã?Ã?nÃ? was 4% in 2019 and 2021. Conclusion: We found that ÃÂà Âà Ânà ÂîcÃ?nÃ? Ã?Ã?Ã?õcÃ?à ½n in the number of Ã?Ã?Ã?Ã?nÃ?àwith Acute Coronary Syndrome (ACS) who were Ã?Ã?mà ÂéÃ?Ã? to the hospital but increase in mortality rate in ^dÃ²à ¯Ã?vÃ?Ã?à ½n Myocardial /nèÃ?Ã?cÃ?à ½n (STEMI) in 2020 (during the îÃ?ÃÂÃ? month of pandemic), and ÃÂà Âà Ânà ÂîcÃ?nÃ? increases of Acute Coronary Syndrome (ACS) admission rate with the same mortality rate of ^dÃ²à ¯Ã?vÃ?Ã?à ½n Myocardial
